Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and ZenMaid, Inc., the company behind MaidPop (“MaidPop,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using MaidPop, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use MaidPop
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use MaidPop for a business, you agree to these terms on that business’s behalf.
The service
MaidPop is a popup and lead-capture tool for websites. You add a small snippet of code to your site, choose a template and offer, and MaidPop displays a popup that collects leads for you. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Keep your information accurate, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Use MaidPop lawfully and honestly. You agree not to:
- Use it to collect information deceptively or without proper notice to your visitors.
- Send spam, or use captured leads in ways that break applicable marketing or privacy laws.
- Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content in your popup.
- Interfere with, overload, or try to break the service, or copy or resell it.
Your content and your leads
You own the content you put in your popup and the leads you collect through it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to collecting and using that information, including giving your visitors any notices or choices the law requires. You grant us permission to host and process your content and leads as needed to provide the service. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Free plan, Pro, and referrals
MaidPop is free to use. The free plan shows a small “Powered by MaidPop” line on your popup. Pro removes that line for the price listed on our Pricing page, currently fifty dollars per year, and you can instead earn Pro at no cost by referring three other cleaning companies who install MaidPop. We may change our pricing or referral terms going forward, with notice for active paid plans. Paid plans renew unless cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Third-party connections
If you connect MaidPop to another tool, such as sending leads to your scheduling software by webhook, your use of that tool is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MaidPop available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MaidPop is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any particular number of leads or business result. What you get out of a popup depends on your website, your offer, and your follow-up.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MaidPop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.
Termination
You can stop using MaidPop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us. You can remove MaidPop from your site at any time by deleting the snippet.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use MaidPop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
